Randy M. Lish,
Attorney at Law
Randy M. Lish was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in history in 1979, and graduated from Brigham Young University Law School
in 1982. He has been practicing in Utah County since 1982. He spent the first sixteen years of his law practice with the firm of McCullough & Jones. In 1999, he left that firm, and started
his own practice. Since that time, he has been practicing as a solo practitioner in Provo. Since 1985, an increasingly larger part of his practice has consisted of business and estate
planning, with these areas currently constituting approximately 90% of his practice. He has done planning for hundreds of estates over the years, ranging in size from just a few thousand
dollars to several million dollars. He has also helped set up numerous corporations, both C and S, limited liability companies, and partnerships, and helped in asset protection planning
for individuals and families. He is a long-time member of the Utah Valley Estate Planning Council, and has attended numerous seminars on estate and asset protection planning. He has also
been a featured presenter at Continuing Legal Education seminars for attorneys, sponsored by National Business Institute. He is married and has three daughters and a son, and resides in
American Fork, Utah. |
